but you might know me as @crocsandsquats, your internet gym bestie who sometimes rocks crocs while getting it done. My fitness journey kicked off at Towson University in 2021, where I graduated with a degree in health education and promotion. That’s when I really started to fall in love with the human body and all the incredible things it can do. At first, I turned to the gym as a way to escape and take care of my mental health, but it quickly became a place of growth—physically, mentally, and emotionally. I got hooked on the changes I saw in my body, especially on leg day where I focused on growing my glutes and putting on muscle to shape the body I’ve got now.
Fast forward to 2022, and I started building my platform (and an amazing, growing community) after people began noticing my dedication to becoming the best version of myself. My body’s far from perfect, and that’s the beauty of it! The gym is all about growth, and there’s always room to improve and set new goals.
